Prime Video and Studios Global Operations is looking for entrepreneurial, innovative individuals who thrive on solving complex problems and scaling programs that directly support production workflows and the marketing supply chain. We’re seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead our critical technology optimization initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive significant operational efficiency while managing our suite of enterprise tools that support content creation and distribution across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise‑wide implementation and adoption of a 3P Tools Work Order Governance framework to establish standardized processes and controls across global teams.
- Lead a critical cost‑optimization program for the Smartsheet platform transition, including vendor negotiations, alternative solution evaluation, and migration strategy development.
- Build and manage cross‑functional tiger teams across WW Ops to execute tool optimization initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive migration strategies for technology solutions, including timeline creation, risk assessment, and change management planning.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current tool usage patterns and stakeholder requirements across global teams to identify optimization opportunities.
- Spearhead vendor management and contract negotiations while evaluating alternative solutions like Airtable to optimize costs and capabilities.
- Create and maintain program governance frameworks, including KPIs, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms for executive leadership.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts across multiple business units to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Establish and manage program timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through regular audits, feedback collection, and implementation of best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
