We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, consistent, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment. You'll support the development of visual assets across digital and print platforms, while also managing production tasks such as submitting digital ads and coordinating print jobs.

Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus, especially if you're familiar with regulated environments and understand the importance of clarity, accuracy, and compliance in visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

Create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work

Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets for easy access and version control

Prepare and submit digital banner ads, including resizing and formatting as needed

Coordinate print production: request quotes, prepare and send print-ready files, and ensure timely delivery

Support senior designers and the Creative Manager with production tasks and revisions

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables

Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

Minimum 2 years of strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals (i.e. typography, layout, color) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) required

Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work required

Strong communication and time management abilities required

A positive personality and willingness to learn and follow mentorship required

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools

Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors strongly preferred

Basic understanding of digital ad specifications, limitations, and formats strongly preferred

Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus

Comfortable using animation and video editing programs like Premier and After Effects

Interest in contributing to company culture through ARGs (Associate Resource Groups) or similar initiatives
