Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role supports the development of visual assets across digital and print platforms and manages production tasks such as digital ads and print coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets for easy access and version control
- Prepare and submit digital banner ads, including resizing and formatting
- Coordinate print production: request quotes, prepare print‑ready files, and ensure timely delivery
- Support senior designers and the Creative Manager with production tasks and revisions
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Strong communication and time‑management abilities
- Positive personality and willingness to learn and follow mentorship
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools
- Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors
- Basic understanding of digital ad specifications, limitations, and formats
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Comfortable using animation and video editing programs like Premiere and After Effects
- Interest in contributing to company culture through ARGs or similar initiatives
