Job Title: Creator Content Strategist (TikTok Shop & Social Commerce)

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Script Development
- Develop compelling content strategies and creative briefs that align with brand campaigns, product positioning, and target audiences.
- Write, edit, and refine video scripts, storyboards, and shot lists tailored to diverse creator personalities and formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Apply platform-specific storytelling frameworks (hook-build-reveal-CTA) and viral content structures to maximize engagement and watch time.
2. Creator Collaboration & Guidance
- Serve as the creative partner and point of contact for mid- to top-funnel creators, guiding them from concept to execution.
- Pitch fresh, trend-based ideas that excite creators and align with campaign goals.
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice and adheres to TikTok Shop compliance guidelines.
3. Trend Spotting & Content Innovation
- Track emerging trends, memes, sounds, and creator formats, identifying opportunities for timely participation.
- Build and update content playbooks and repeatable frameworks (e.g., creator-ready viral hooks, product-demo angles) based on performance insights.
- Experiment with new storytelling formats and creator collaboration models to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor content performance metrics (views, engagement rate, watch-through, CTR, GMV contribution).
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable feedback to creators for continuous improvement.
- Summarize campaign learnings and share best practices to inform future content strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social or influencer marketing, ideally for DTC, eCommerce, or TikTok Shop brands.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube short-form ecosystems, including U.S. content trends and algorithm mechanics.
- Proven track record of growing social engagement and linking content performance to sales or conversion metrics.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with an intuitive sense of what hooks audiences fast.
- Familiar with content management and analytics tools such as TikTok Creator Center, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in creator collaboration or community building, especially within social commerce or affiliate programs.
- Passion for health, wellness, or supplement products, with the ability to translate functional benefits into lifestyle narratives.
- Experience managing product seeding and sample logistics for creator campaigns.
