Pay: $72,000 – $95,000 per year + paid parking
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
(Must be in office Mon/Tue/Thu or Tue–Thu; remote on remaining days)

Job Description: TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect / Senior Technical Designer with 10+ years of experience in architecture or interior design. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex design projects, lead documentation efforts, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
You will be responsible for developing and reviewing detailed architectural drawings, ensuring adherence to building codes and design standards, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and coordination of construction documents and technical details
Oversee project development from design through construction administration
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical challenges
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
Mentor and guide junior design and drafting staff
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
10+ years of experience in architectural or interior design project execution
Proficiency in parametric modeling, visualization, and design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar)
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and documentation standards
Professional registration (Architect or Interior Designer) preferred or actively in progress
