Job Description: The Graphic Designer 3 role at **client focuses on driving the visual appearance of products and branded communications. The position plays a critical part in developing original graphic designs that align with the company's brand ethos and supports cross-functional teams through various project phases, from ideation to final production. This is a graphics-focused role, requiring hands-on involvement in print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, and collateral materials, as well as active file and project management in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create original graphic designs reflecting the brand's ethos and design direction. Lead and participate in team projects, independently completing design assignments. Develop print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, and other collateral materials. Conduct ideation, concept development, and branding sessions for seasonal graphic schematics. Rapidly explore graphic directions and present design options for partners across multiple, overlapping projects. Upload and manage files within internal systems for cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure project schematics and PRs are current and ready for hand-off. Organize and maintain design files across Box and other company systems. Oversee project management from initial briefing to production and delivery, including timeline and budget management. Coordinate with suppliers: arrange purchases, develop evaluation criteria, assess vendors, and recommend production alternatives. Serve as a liaison among internal teams (design, marketing, product) and outside agencies to ensure clear communication and deliverables. Must Have:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly relevant experience. Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from ideation to final production. Strong organizational skills, with experience in digital file management across platforms. Budget management and cost estimation capabilities. Experience working with suppliers and vendor management. Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
Experience in apparel or consumer goods industries, especially with seasonal and multi-project environments. Familiarity with 3D retail or environmental design. Experience working with Box or similar file organization platforms. Master's, PhD, or relevant higher education degree (may substitute for some years of experience). Experience working with global suppliers and multi-cultural teams. Agility and adaptability in high-paced corporate design settings.
