Job Description
Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are recruiting friendly, self‑motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our growing company.
Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community Manager to work at Crossing at Mills Creek in Louisville, KY.
This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on‑site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
Duties
- Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
- Collect rent and post payments.
- Actively work on collecting delinquent rent.
- Process invoices.
- Complete Move‑Out inspections.
- Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
- Enter work orders.
- Update Make Readies in Yardi.
Qualifications
- Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to detail.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience on Tax Credits.
- Property Management experience preferred.
- HUD experience is a plus.
- Background screening and drug test required.
