Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are recruiting friendly self‑motivated individuals to join our growing company.

Assistant Community Manager – Lower Hunter Trace, Louisville, KY

This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on‑site management and operations. The assistant will also assist with special projects and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
  • Collect rent, process delinquent rent, and process invoices.
  • Conduct move‑out inspections.
  • Answer phones and address vendor and resident requests.
  • Enter work orders and update "Make Readies" in Yardi.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • 1‑2 years of tax credit experience (preferred).
  • Property management experience preferred.
  • HUD experience is a plus.
  • Background screening and drug test required.
