Pinnacle Community Management is a boutique HOA management firm based in Redmond, Oregon, serving communities across Central Oregon with integrity, responsiveness, and genuine care.

We’re seeking a Certified Community Association Manager to join our growing team. You’ll oversee a portfolio of communities with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive mindset—ensuring smooth operations, strong board relations, and happy homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations
  • Attend and facilitate board and annual meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve plans
  • Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and compliance enforcement
  • Support ARC review processes, homeowner inquiries, and community communications
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, ORS 94 and applicable laws
  • Foster strong relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-through

Qualifications

  • CMCA certification required, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • AMS certification preferred (or in active pursuit)
  • Minimum 2 years of HOA or property management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HOA management software (Vantaca, AppFolio, or similar)
  • Knowledge of HOA operations, budgets, and Oregon statutes
