Pinnacle Community Management is a boutique HOA management firm based in Redmond, Oregon, serving communities across Central Oregon with integrity, responsiveness, and genuine care.
We’re seeking a Certified Community Association Manager to join our growing team. You’ll oversee a portfolio of communities with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive mindset—ensuring smooth operations, strong board relations, and happy homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations
- Attend and facilitate board and annual meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve plans
- Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and compliance enforcement
- Support ARC review processes, homeowner inquiries, and community communications
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, ORS 94 and applicable laws
- Foster strong relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-through
Qualifications
- CMCA certification required, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- AMS certification preferred (or in active pursuit)
- Minimum 2 years of HOA or property management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HOA management software (Vantaca, AppFolio, or similar)
- Knowledge of HOA operations, budgets, and Oregon statutes
