What We\'re Looking For

  • 2+ years of multi-family property management experience (prior leadership experience is a plus)
  • High-energy, customer-focused attitude with a passion for exceptional resident service
  • Bilingual required
  • Strong leadership and training skills to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills – ability to compose professional notices and correspondence
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring team members across various departments
  • Support onboarding and training of new office personnel
  • Help meet delinquency standards and ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Drive occupancy goals by utilizing effective leasing and marketing strategies
  • Process purchase orders and invoices as needed
  • Conduct property leasing by implementing sales techniques and marketing methods per company standards
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude at all times
  • Demonstrate expertise in leasing, sales techniques, and property rental details
  • Update and maintain rent roll tracking system
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
