Job Title: Creative Director, E-commerce

At Easy Healthcare, we empower women and couples on their journey to parenthood with a complete ecosystem of fertility solutions —combining ovulation and hormone tests, smart-connected devices, and supportive supplements with the Premom Ovulation Tracker app to deliver a seamless, integrated experience. Our mission is to help women understand their bodies, maximize their chances of conception, and feel supported every step of the way as they work toward their dreams of becoming parents.

We are seeking a Head of E-commerce Creative to lead the vision and execution of all creative work across our digital commerce ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape how millions of women experience our products and app, ensuring our storytelling is not only engaging and beautiful but also evidence-based, customer-centered, and conversion-driven.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
  • Own e-commerce creative across all digital shelves. Lead the vision and execution for Amazon, Walmart, Target, owned DTC websites, and international marketplaces.
  • Develop best‑class product listings. Oversee design and production of main images, gallery stacks, comparison charts, infographics, lifestyle shots, and video content that increase CTR and conversion on product listings.
  • Elevate brand presence with enhanced content. Direct A+ content and EBC modules, storefront design, and landing pages that tell our brand and product stories clearly and persuasively.
  • Guide product and packaging design. Partner with the Product and Design teams to ensure packaging, inserts, and kit design support both online listing performance and the customer's unboxing experience.
  • Implement AI‑powered creative workflows. Leverage generative tools for rapid visual exploration, copy variants, localization, and large‑scale asset versioning, while ensuring compliance and brand quality.
  • Experiment and optimize. Build and run testing programs for listing imagery, PDP modules, and offer framing; analyze results and codify learnings into e‑commerce creative playbooks.
  • Maintain global brand alignment. Ensure cohesive brand standards across all marketplaces while enabling localization for international teams and compliance needs.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams. Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Regulatory, and International teams to align creative with sales strategy, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
  • Lead and inspire the creative team. Mentor designers, copywriters, and video editors, fostering innovation, efficiency, and commercial awareness across global teams and external agency partners.
What you bring (Qualifications)
  • 8–12+ years of creative leadership in e‑commerce or consumer brands, with a strong portfolio showing commerce‑first creative (listings, PDPs, A+ / EBC modules, packaging support).
  • 5+ years leading creative teams or agencies, ideally across international time zones.
  • Proven ability to operationalize AI in creative workflows — from generating copy and imagery variants to scaling localization and asset versioning, with human QA and brand guardrails.
  • Strong communication skills: able to guide cross‑functional teams, present creative rationale to leadership, and collaborate effectively with international partners.
  • A design sensibility that aligns with our brand style — feminine, minimal, supportive, and emotive — while ensuring assets perform commercially.
  • Analytical mindset: experience testing and optimizing creative (A/B, CTR/CVR metrics, heatmaps) to drive measurable lift in conversion and sales.
  • Proficiency in modern creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video/motion editors) and familiarity with e‑commerce CMS and DAM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Why this role matters

  • Ensure Easy Healthcare remains a global leader in fertility and digital health innovation.
