The role
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Content Manager to lead Premom’s organic social growth strategy and help us become the go-to fertility and women’s health brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
You’ll create scroll-stopping, shareable content, manage parts of our influencer strategy, and play a key role in our acquisition team to fuel app discovery and engagement.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what drives engagement, and can balance trend-driven creativity with data-backed strategy.
What you’ll do
- Lead Social Growth → Own and execute Premom’s TikTok-first, multi-platform strategy that drives organic reach, engagement, and app discovery.
- Create High-Performing Content → Ideate, script, produce, and optimize short-form video content (and occasionally appear on camera) that resonates with women navigating their fertility journey.
- Be a Trendspotter → Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and cultural shifts to keep Premom’s content relevant, shareable, and impactful.
- Drive Data-Backed Strategy → Analyze content performance metrics, identify patterns, and use insights to optimize campaigns and scale top-performing formats.
- Influencer & Creator Management → Identify, manage, and collaborate with creators and influencers to extend our reach and authenticity on social.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration → Work closely with growth, design, product, and medical teams to align content with campaigns and business objectives.
- Experiment & Innovate → Test new formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques to continuously unlock growth opportunities.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years managing and growing social media channels for a high-growth B2C brand (experience in women’s health, wellness, or mobile apps is a plus).
- Proven success in driving organic growth on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts — with a strong portfolio of high-performing content.
- Deep understanding of platform SEO, short-form storytelling, and algorithm dynamics.
- Comfortable on-camera or directing talent to create authentic, relatable content.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills — able to give constructive feedback and provide clear creative direction to other content creators, ensuring consistency and high-quality output across all platforms.
- Experience working with influencers and creators, from outreach to content coordination.
- A rare mix of creative vision + data obsession — you know how to create content that resonates and measure what actually moves the needle.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Passionate about women’s fertility health and creating content that genuinely makes an impact.
