Our Bassett Design Consultants build meaningful and long‑term customer relationships. They develop deep knowledge of furniture construction and design trends. They use relationship‑selling techniques through interior design consultations and make‑over design solutions to maximize selling opportunities. The design consultants thrive on the design process!

Training

Training is delivered through online classes, video tutorials, hands‑on activities, and one‑on‑one coaching. Bassett offers Interior Design certification training and complimentary design service usage to develop customer relationships and increase sales.

Compensation

Our generous commission‑based compensation plan lets you earn unlimited income. With our commission (paid on written business) and bonus opportunities, experienced Bassett Design Consultants average $70,000–$105,000 per year. Top writers may reach $135,000.
