Key Responsibilities

  • Transform content structure: convert segments of the portfolio from single‑use to reusable “headless” content, chunking long‑form into structured components, and migrating from multiple sources.
  • Apply a metadata framework: adhere to and promote our content taxonomy, ensuring all content is tagged and described appropriately for discovery and reusability.
  • Identify content reuse opportunities to reduce manual effort required to maintain duplicate information.
  • Handle global content updates: respond to customer requests to create and update content in the content management system within defined SLAs and delivery timelines.
  • Perform content editing and proofreading: review and edit written content (articles, policies, assets, fragments) for grammar, spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Maintain quality control: audit and monitor existing content, analyze data, and uphold high standards of quality and consistency across all content.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional content management experience in a system like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or WordPress.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with reusable or “headless” content.

  • Real‑world experience with information architecture and content models.
  • High attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Demonstrated success learning and explaining business processes.
  • Proven knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Good judgment and open, proactive communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast‑paced environment.
