Job Summary

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage creators’ careers, grow their audiences, monetize content, negotiate brand deals, and develop content strategies using our in‑house software and your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow platform presence while securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with brands and agencies to book top talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while working independently and remotely.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with TikTok and other influencer platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
