Role Description

We’re seeking a PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), starting November 1st, 2025. You’ll support the planning and execution of influencer and media campaigns for clients across the U.S., working closely with our senior team on everything from outreach to creative activations.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day influencer outreach, gifting, and collaborations
• Support PR efforts, including media pitching, tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate communication with influencers, partners, and vendors
• Assist with campaign planning, content coordination, and event support
• Contribute creative ideas that help our clients shine

Qualifications

• Experience in PR and Influencer Marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze media coverage and marketing campaign performance
• Experience with celebrity seeding and brand-building
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the kids and baby brand industry is a plus
