Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and schedule bookings.
• Oversee studio equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Market studio services and attract new clients.
• Handle client communication and resolve issues timely.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms on behalf of the studio.
• Offer tours and creative support for production and design aspects.
• Report project progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners to create products using best practices.
• Anticipate problems that may impede project completion and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a studio or similar environment.
• 5-7 years of experience working on-site in a studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Fine Arts, Design or related field (highly preferred).
• Experience selling, booking, and coordinating studio sessions to generate revenue.
• Knowledge of studio equipment and industry relationships.
