Job Overview

CycleBar is seeking an Assistant Sales / Studio Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art location in Redmond. Assistant Managers are passionate about fitness, delivering a superior experience, and driving studio sales, revenue and asset generation while upholding the studio culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, including grassroots marketing and networking, to acquire new members and retain existing members.
• Membership sales, conversion of non‑membership users to the membership base, and referral business through ambassadorship.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and secure first‑time rider/lead flow each month.
• Manage staff schedule, supervise CBX teams, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Work with Studio Owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting goals.
• Coach, train, and educate the CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales, fitness sales, or related experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps.
• Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.
