CycleBar is seeking an Assistant Sales/Studio Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Kildeer. Our Assistant Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They focus on driving sales and revenue within the studio.
ASM responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary services through strategic outreach, in-club leads, and member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the CycleBar Experience team, Sales Managers exemplify leadership qualities. Building lasting relationships with members and prospects is key to fostering ambassadorship and retention. The role emphasizes hospitality and aligns with our mission to fuel energetic communal experiences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confidence in generating personal sales and training sales representatives.
- Ability to manage and drive revenue from memberships and retail.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Strong judgment to recognize and implement improvements.
- Passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized with proficiency in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy with confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
Duties:
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
- Membership sales and retention.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise CBX teams.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in community events and studio promotions.
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Convert non-membership users to members.
- Plan outreach activities to secure first-time riders.
- Build rapport with members and prospects, embracing hospitality.
- Coach and train the CBX team on sales and hospitality tactics.
- Work with the owner to set and meet monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
- Drive referral business through ambassadorship.
