Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Engineer with 7+ years of experience for a U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply solid design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and user-centered design.
• Work within and contribute to design systems to maintain consistency.
• Understand user pain points and business goals to create effective solutions.
• Maintain pixel-perfect alignments and ensure development consistency.
• Articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers & product managers.
• Be open to constructive feedback and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in design execution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
