Overview

You're a builder. You've crafted lead funnels, tuned landing pages, and lifted conversion rates, and now you're ready to prove yourself in a bigger arena. In this role, you’ll lead the creation and optimization of B2B funnels in one of America’s largest and most competitive industries: automotive. You’ll be supported by a collaborative marketing team but trusted to lead your builds and drive performance.

What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Lead Generation Funnel Creation: Design and build high‑converting landing pages, lead magnets, thank‑you pages, and demo booking flows using WordPress and Thrive
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing, analyze funnel performance, and optimize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey
  • WordPress Funnel Development: Create fast‑loading, mobile‑optimized pages that guide visitors through strategic conversion paths
  • Copy & Visual Strategy: Craft compelling headlines, calls‑to‑action, and visual elements that address customer pain points and drive action

What You’ll Do (Additional Responsibilities)

  • Website Optimization: Maintain and update marketing website performance, speed, and user experience
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and lead quality to identify optimization opportunities
  • Marketing Automation: Integrate funnels with Microsoft Dynamics and other marketing tools for seamless lead capture

Who You Are

  • A marketer who can analyze a webpage and spot conversion opportunities immediately
  • A marketer who understands buyer psychology and can craft compelling value propositions
  • A data‑driven optimizer who lets testing results guide decisions
  • A WordPress power user who can build without relying on heavy plugins

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience building lead generation funnels in WordPress (portfolio required)
  • Demonstrated expertise in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Strong copywriting skills with focus on direct‑response marketing
  • Experience with landing page builders (Thrive, Elementor, or similar)
  • Proficiency with conversion tracking pixels and analytics tools

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Background in visual design and user experience optimization
  • Familiarity with automotive or B2B service industries
