UX Design Producer

Position: 6‑month, full‑time, hybrid contract, 40 hrs/week, Cupertino, CA.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end design project lifecycle from concept to final engineering delivery.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—design, engineering, product—to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Coordinate design handoffs and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Act as primary point of contact between the design team and other stakeholders.
• Support overall team success and enhance the internal employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, project management, or related fields.
• Passion for human‑centered design with strong foundation in UX strategy, design lifecycle management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficient in design and project management tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiar with design systems, agile methodologies, and internal product development processes.
• Skilled in collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
• Adept at creating structure from ambiguity and ensuring deliverables meet high‑quality standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Background in UX, design strategy, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and delivering high‑quality digital products.

Additional Requirements

• Location: Cupertino, CA; hybrid work required.
• Compensation: $107.99 per hour (W‑2 position).
• Eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) depending on tenure and hours worked.
