What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop and design visual assets for digital, print, presentations, social media, and events
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and creative teams to translate complex messages into impactful content
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all materials
  • Support the development of communication campaigns and storytelling initiatives through design concepts
  • Create infographics, reports, and data visualizations to enhance understanding and engagement

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in visual communications, graphic design, or a related creative role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or comparable tools
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual hierarchy, and storytelling principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interpret complex ideas visually
  • Experience creating content for both digital and print formats

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, AI tools)
