• Manage daily newsroom workflow and editorial staff, setting expectations and deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for reporters and editorial staff.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative newsroom culture while upholding journalistic integrity.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, and leadership skills.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify stories of public interest.
• Experience managing editorial teams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with conservative perspectives and commitment to balanced, fact-driven reporting.

Compensation

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 DOE + benefits package.
