This position is responsible for designing intuitive, high-impact interfaces that simplify complex data interactions, enabling business users and technical teams to extract insight and value from AI and machine learning (ML) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development of end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven analytical tools and digital solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and data science outputs into intuitive design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that promote understanding and engagement.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards to ensure usability across all audiences and devices.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and consistent design patterns that align with enterprise design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Participate in agile development ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to ensure continuous design iteration and improvement.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design effectiveness and measure adoption success.

Analytical & AI-Focused Design

  • Design interfaces for complex analytical use cases, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Create visualizations that clearly communicate insights derived from large and diverse datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design interactive explainability features, AI confidence visual cues, and human-in-the-loop interaction models.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within data analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex systems or analytical platforms.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and their implications on design feasibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing dashboards, model explainability tools, or intelligent automation interfaces.
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Power BI visuals) and API-driven architectures.
  • Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle concepts, including data ingestion, model training, validation, and inference workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present design concepts to both executive and technical audiences.

Success Measures

  • Improved user adoption and satisfaction of AI/ML-based tools.
  • Reduction in training time or user error for analytical applications.
  • Delivery of consistent, scalable design standards across the AI and analytics ecosystem.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and measurable contribution to business decision efficiency.
