UI/UX Designer - Denver, CO (Hybrid)
R Systems invites an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Denver, CO hybrid team. This role is focused on designing AI‑driven analytical tools and digital solutions that empower clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of end‑to‑end user experiences for AI‑driven analytical tools and digital solutions.
Translate business objectives and data‑science outputs into intuitive design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
Partner with product and engineering teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility, timelines, and business priorities.
Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards to ensure usability across all audiences and devices.
Collaborate with data scientists to design interactive explainability features, AI confidence visual cues, and human‑in‑the‑loop interaction models.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable design patterns aligned with enterprise design systems and brand guidelines.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Design interfaces for complex analytical use cases, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and intelligent automation workflows.
Create visualizations that clearly communicate insights derived from large and diverse datasets.
Ensure continuous design iteration and improvement using data and feedback.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within data analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise software environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design for complex systems or analytical platforms.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and their implications on design feasibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing dashboards, model explainability tools, or intelligent automation interfaces.
Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Power BI visuals) and API‑driven architectures.
Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle concepts, including data ingestion, model training, validation, and inference workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present design concepts to executive and technical audiences.
