Client is shaping the future of healthcare by providing digital solutions that enable better access to medical care for humans and animals. We are looking for a passionate, innovative Senior User Experience Researcher to join our growing Intelligence & Insights Practice.
We're seeking a highly collaborative, thoughtful, and creative mixed methods, quantitative-leaning senior-level researcher to define and conduct end-to-end research, identify key insights, and drive business and product strategy. This role will report to the Director of Insights & Intelligence and work closely with the members of the Experience Research and Design (ExRD) Team. In this role, you will focus on developing a deep understanding of our customers and delivering insights across the global enterprise.
This role will provide the unique opportunity to help guide product and business strategy for a Fortune 500 company. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess success across digital experiences.
- Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, translate insights to influence both short and long-term product decisions and roadmaps.
- Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings in accessible ways.
- Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.
- Demonstrate excellent statistical and scientific judgment, producing rigorous results in fast-paced environments, setting a high technical standard.
- Generate and communicate results, crafted for the intended audience.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, complexity, and scope.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting.
- Experience with software tools for gathering (Qualtrics, survey tools, Medallia, Full Story, Glass Box, etc.), analyzing (SPSS, SQL, SAS), and presenting key data visualizations (PowerPoint, Figma, etc.).
- Experience with product research, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.
- A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.
