Associate Email Producer, Loyalty and Rewards – Retail Apparel Client

Scope: 3-month W2 contract with possibility of extension or conversion, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + holiday pay.

Hourly Rate: $38 to $41 per hour.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (must sit in SF Bay Area).

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and execute loyalty and rewards email marketing campaigns in alignment with project timelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, and WCD to manage campaign workflows from concept to deployment.
• Lead QA reviews, track feedback, and coordinate updates to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and resolve operational or tool-related issues in partnership with technical support teams to maintain daily campaign flow.
• Document project milestones, communicate status updates, and manage changes in scope or schedule as needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, production, or eCommerce operations.
• Familiarity with email platforms (SFMC, Movable Ink, Coherent Path, etc.) and project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Office365).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
