Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and service existing commercial insurance accounts.
• Cross‑sell products, make outbound follow‑up calls, and prospect leads.
• Answer incoming phone calls and process policy changes as needed.
• Build business referral relationships and assist in targeting new customers.

Qualifications

• Professional, customer‑focused, with strong people skills.
• Excellent people skills and strong work ethic; organized and able to multi‑task.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, positive attitude.
• P&C license required – minimum personal lines; strong sales experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
