Content Specialist – Children’s Specialized ABA

Join Children’s Specialized ABA, a leading provider of comprehensive ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will craft engaging storytelling that elevates our brand, engages families, and drives enrollment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute brand, web (SEO), social, and digital channel content.
• Collaborate with marketing, community outreach, and clinical leadership to outline and publish cross‑functional content.
• Create compelling written and mixed‑media stories that attract audiences and maintain high engagement.
• Publish editorial content on web and mobile applications.
• Analyze content performance, optimize strategy, and manage online content delivery tools.
• Stay current on digital technology developments and best practices.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in journalism, marketing, English, PR, or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of content creation and production experience.
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Creative mindset with passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Microsoft Suite knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Work Location & Hours

Hybrid full‑time position in our EI Center in Voorhees, NJ. Core hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm. 1–2 days on‑site.

Compensation

Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
