Content Strategist

Content Strategist responsible for developing end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels for banking and financial operations services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with design team and business partners to produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements and technical constraints, and work within project parameters.
• Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice and simplify customer experience through succinct microcopy.
• Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides and support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs.

Qualifications

• UX writing experience focusing on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
• Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision and other common software platforms.
• Good to have background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 per year.
