Content Strategist Content Strategist responsible for developing end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels for banking and financial operations services. Key Responsibilities Work directly with design team and business partners to produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels. Understand customer goals, business requirements and technical constraints, and work within project parameters. Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice and simplify customer experience through succinct microcopy. Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides and support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders. Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs. Qualifications UX writing experience focusing on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design. Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital experiences and UX writing. Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision and other common software platforms. Good to have background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations. Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 per year.
