What will you be doing?
- Support: Maintain knowledge of current and future trends by partnering with trend services to shows, and by shopping major markets both domestically and internationally.
- Manage: Create product lines through sketching and tech pack entry- marrying trend, brand, and merchandising requirements for that season. Provides support and work director for associate designers and coordinators.
- Lead: Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Partnership: Collaborate with PD & PAA team to manage all documents & communication around product lines- including all collection updates and corrections.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design related field
- Minimum 5+ years design experience in Women’s footwear industry
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation experience
- Leadership and people management
- Strong collaborator
- Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop preferred
- Hand‑sketching preferred
- CAD preferred
