Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Technicians and Event Staff. These roles are essential to the successful execution of our events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, lighting, staging, and sound systems.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to meet technical requirements.
• Conduct pre-event testing to ensure equipment functionality.
• Provide technical support during events, addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain and store event technology equipment properly after use.

Event Staff:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including décor, seating, and signage.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees.
• Coordinate with vendors and other team members to ensure event timelines are met.
• Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Perform additional event-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in events or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Awareness that some lifting is required during event setups.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Event Technicians: Experience with AV equipment and technology is highly preferred.
