What You’ll Do (Revenue First)

• Host to Close: Run high-energy live shows that convert viewers to buyers. High energy, push auctions, build relationships, close — repeat.
• Own the Metrics: Crush targets on conversion rate, AOV, units per hour, revenue per show, and repeat purchase rate.
• Follow-Through: Post-show DMs, and reactivation campaigns to turn first-time buyers into loyal whales.
• Test & Scale: A/B test formata, offers, and pacing; partner with marketing closely on building brand and social / platform influence
• Rep Swish IRL: Events and shows to deepen relationships and source high-intent prospects

What Winning Looks Like (KPI Targets)

• Revenue/Show: Consistently exceed daily and weekly revenue goals (the best part is the customer is already in front of you)
• AOV & Attach: Lift AOV via new tactics, consistency, and gradual flow of product.
• Retention: Increase 30-/60-day repeat purchase behavior through true relationships and a love for sports + the hobby
• Sales-Driven: Former SDR/BDR/closer who loves the scoreboard, hates losing, and thrives on competitive upside base+commission.
• On-Camera Natural: Charismatic, fast, and unflappable — you can sell, engage, and close while the chat is flying.
• Sports + Culture Fluent: You speak the hobby, know the players, and get the trading card economy.
• Process-Sharp: You follow a sales cadence, log learnings, and iterate like a pro.

Bonus Points

• Live selling or streaming experience (TikTok, Twitch, Whatnot, Fanatics Live).
• Track record beating quota in SDR/BDR or AE roles.
• Existing audience or strong social presence in sports/hobby culture.
• Background in collectibles/sneakers/gaming
