Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at The Publisher Hotel in Fredericksburg, VA. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations and Banquets, including ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, budgeting, and maintaining profitable operations. Daily tasks will involve P&L management, hiring and training staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting skills
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
