About You

You will lead SGNL’s brand strategy, creative direction, and execution across all go‑to‑market channels. This strategic leadership role requires translating complex business objectives into compelling creative strategies while building scalable creative systems and processes. You will partner with C‑suite executives and department heads to align creative initiatives with GTM and business goals, while managing both the creative process and the development of creative talent.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership position, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing a team of in‑house designers and creators, as well as contractors and agencies.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who translates complex ideas into compelling visual and narrative content that drives business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative processes, from ideation to production, delivering high‑quality assets on time and within budget.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with stakeholders in Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, and external agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating creative concepts and project status to both creative and non‑creative audiences.
  • Experience championing innovation and emerging technology adoption in creative processes, evaluating and implementing new tools, AI‑powered solutions, and methodologies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital content creation, brand development, and integrated campaigns, with proven experience leading successful creative initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, HubSpot, and other industry‑standard design and video production tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging AI and design and operational efficiency technologies.
  • Experience in identity security, cybersecurity, or highly technical B2B domains is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and lead SGNL’s brand strategy, driving a cohesive visual and narrative identity that captures our mission and differentiates us in the market.
  • Scale SGNL’s brand presence and recognition across the identity security industry by delivering high‑volume, high‑impact creative assets that amplify thought leadership, drive market influence, and support ambitious content strategies.
  • Oversee the design and production of all creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Drive the creative process from concept through execution, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver impactful assets that align with strategic goals.
  • Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns, working with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a unified look and feel across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Identify current and future creative capacity needs across in‑house and contractor resources, developing hiring plans and role scopes that align with business priorities.
  • Drive creative experimentation with new visual approaches, storytelling formats, and brand expressions, continually innovating to keep SGNL’s creative output fresh, compelling, and differentiated.
  • Champion adoption of emerging technologies and AI‑powered tools to enhance creative operations, implementing solutions that increase production efficiency, improve workflow intelligence, and scale the creative function’s capacity.
  • Provide collaboration and mentorship to cross‑functional and third‑party creative contributors, fostering an environment that encourages quality and creativity in every project.

Additional Information

  • Base salary range: $150,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year.
  • Eligible to participate in SGNL’s Equity Incentive Plan.
