Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 Location: Expectation to work from one of our offices (NY, Chi, DC or SF) at least 3x a week The Impact You Will Make We are an ambitious, quickly expanding team looking for a Creative Project Manager that can help us compete on a global scale. You are a buttoned-up facilitator looking for the chance to make an impact for both the biggest brands in the world and the most important mission-driven organizations fighting for meaningful social change in the country. This is an opportunity to push a creative team forward, create impactful and meaningful work, and help to lead a talented, growing team. As an experienced project manager, you are well versed in the creative development and delivery process. What the Day-to-Day Looks Like Project Leadership & Planning. Capable of running mid- to large-sized creative projects and campaigns from inception through delivery. You will gather requirements and ask the right questions before work begins to ensure the team is meeting the schedule and objectives. Process Implementation. Working cross-functionally, you will develop project timelines and budgets, establish a project plan, and see it through. You'll set up the work on our Monday.com project management tool and assign the proper tasks/dates for trackability. Communication & Prioritization. Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll provide updates and address changes at every phase. You regularly inform the Creative Ops Director, Creative Directors, and Account team on project updates, priorities, and direction. Collaborating with the Creative Ops Director, you assist in prioritizing creative team tasks and assignments, and ensure our deadlines are met. Quality & Risk Management. Assess the feasibility of deadline requests and identify any potential risks. You'll develop workback schedules in multiple formats and manage key dates including briefs, creative internals, revisions, and the final creative delivery. Quality control is deftly performed on your projects throughout development. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in project management at a creative, production, marketing, or advertising agency Experience with project management tools, ideally Monday.com and Google Workspace Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of personalities and roles Deep knowledge of the project management process in a creative environment, including processes, workflow, and terminology Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to stay calm under pressure Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple requests Knowledge of AI tools is a plus BPI offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match up to 4%, generous time off for vacation, $50 monthly phone reimbursement, unlimited sick time, and 16 weeks of paid leave for new parents.
