Role Overview As an Influencer Marketing Strategist you’ll lead creative collaborations, build relationships with influencers, and craft campaigns that meet client objectives. You’ll act as the client liaison, deliver influencer coverage on time, manage day‑to‑day client needs, and potentially lead a team of Influencer Marketing Managers. Responsibilities Create and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals. Build and nurture relationships with online influencers and trendsetters. Coordinate campaign launches for hotels, restaurants, celebrities, and CPG brands. Advise clients on data‑driven strategy and campaign optimization. Manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment. Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and quality standards. Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, and industry changes to offer innovative opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (digital, creative, and marketing) to deliver seamless campaigns. Qualifications 5–7 years full‑time experience in social media management or marketing, working with influencers and brand partners. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant networks. Proven campaign launch experience for hospitality or CPG brands. Strong writing, communication, and strategy skills. Creative eye for social media‑friendly visuals. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Team‑player mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Working Conditions This hybrid, office‑based role requires time in meetings and briefings. Occasional travel for client visits may be requested. Hours are standard office time, but deadlines may require evenings or weekends. Compensation Annual salary range: $75,000 – $82,500. Benefits Generous paid time off, sick/personal time, birthday off.
