What You Get To Do The Paid Media Trafficking Manager oversees the management and maintenance of all paid media trafficking operations, encompassing video, audio, digital, social, and OOH creative assets. This role involves supervising the timely distribution of creative assets to networks, local stations, and media agencies, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to industry best practices. Responsibilities also include evaluating traffic workflows and procedures for agency partners, implementing necessary changes for optimization. Responsibilities Analyze and review weekly media budget documents to ensure availability of funds for requested creative assets in relation to set flight date(s). Update park and corporate brand teams with quarterly media spending budgets for proactive creative planning. Maintain Media Trafficking Tag Charts and Creative Offer Tracker, ensuring clarity on media assets ready for trafficking and assisting in clarifying required versioning with creative teams. Serve as the primary point of contact between Creative Agencies/Internal Teams and Media Agency regarding upcoming flights. Liaise with media agencies and creative agency account teams regarding changes in flight dates, station lists, materials needed, and format requirements. Maintain project information on behalf of various parties, ensuring changes are flagged and addressed while keeping all parties aligned with the timeline. Meet with counterparts within Corporate and Park marketing teams to learn about the status of existing projects and details about new projects coming into the agency. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals, including assisting with processing purchase orders, organizing processes, and more. Lead ad hoc analysis projects around creative and promotional messaging in media. Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various project stages to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets. Review current and future timelines and job statuses with department heads and individuals working on the jobs. Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments based on availability and priorities. Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly. Keep projects on schedule, rescheduling based on changing priorities such as rush jobs or pitches. Report to management about current workflow and communicate any possible issues with workload balance. Collaborate with creative/production departments on timelines, delivery, and invoicing of potential additional costs due to rush fees or unexpected deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business. 3+ Years of experience, agency experience preferred. Understanding of Digital and Broadcast media. Proficiency with Excel and project management software (advanced knowledge a plus). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with little or no supervision. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work with budgets and schedules. Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced, rapidly changing work environment and accept cross‑functional responsibilities as needed. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Team‑oriented attitude and solid interpersonal skills. Ability to work well against deadlines.
