Are you passionate about creating beautiful kitchen and bath spaces? We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer experiences by focusing on our three main priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
by greeting customers, understanding their kitchen and bath needs, and guiding them through the design process. Conduct showroom tours and assist customers in selecting products that fit their vision. Coordinate kitchen and bath measurement appointments to ensure precise designs. Review and present design layouts, making tailored purchasing recommendations. Maintain stock levels of samples and brochures to support our In Stock initiatives. Ensure that special order displays and showrooms are inviting and safe, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. By excelling in these areas, you will directly drive sales and support our department and store goals.
