Field Marketing Manager, Americas
Report to the VP of Sales, Americas. Lead a high‑performing team of field marketing specialists to deliver integrated, data‑driven campaigns that fuel account expansion and customer growth across the Americas. Partner with Sales leadership to ensure the field has high‑quality leads, compelling tools and impactful programs that drive measurable revenue growth. What We're Looking For
Develop the regional field marketing strategy aligned with JMP’s global priorities; set clear goals and coach your team to execute with excellence. Lead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth, including lead generation, account‑based marketing and retention programs. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing priorities with pipeline needs, translate insights into targeted initiatives and ensure message consistency at every stage of the customer journey. Leverage marketing technologies, automation and analytics to streamline execution, monitor performance and continuously optimize for ROI. Recruit, mentor and inspire a team of field marketing specialists; foster curiosity, creativity, accountability and professional growth. Partner with regional and global marketing managers to share best practices, align strategies and deliver cohesive global campaigns with regional resonance. Oversee logistics and delivery of virtual and in‑person events, ensuring a consistent brand experience that advances account engagement and expansion. Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, balancing priorities and investing where the greatest growth opportunities exist. Define KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution; use analytics and attribution to drive continuous improvement. Communicate program strategy, results and insights across leadership levels; act as the voice of the Americas field marketing team and champion innovation and collaboration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of content management, digital marketing, social media, alliances, virtual events and email strategies. Extensive experience in lead nurturing and account expansion/account‑based marketing. Experience in customer care, loyalty, business development and sales within the technology industry. Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills; ability to translate technical information for internal and external audiences. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, facilitation and creative problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience leading teams to successful outcomes. Experience and interest in analyzing campaign success, with the goal of continual improvement. Knowledge of privacy & communication laws in the Americas (US, Canada & Latin America). Experience with social media, research tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, D&B a plus), CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), email automation systems (HubSpot a plus), web content management, analytics (JMP software a plus) and manufacturing, life sciences or high‑tech industries a plus.
