Job Description
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs. Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows. Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure multiple sales and promotional communications effectiveness. Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns. Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department. Responsibilities
Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, XX papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches. Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools. Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners. Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales. Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. Background
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus.
