The Benito-Cardillo Agency- an independent Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporate for a Development Associate Producer. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations: oversee administrative workflows, scheduling, front‑desk activity, and ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly. Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through lead follow-up and sales conversations Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS) Stay informed on underwriting rules, product changes, and carrier markets Support agency branding, marketing tasks, and contribute ideas to help grow book of business Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required Must hold a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license, required Strong verbal and written communication skills Well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to take ownership of goals Who We Are One of the nation’s fastest-growing independent agencies, Brightway has 350+ franchises across 38 states and $1.4B+ in annual premiums.
