Linda Applewhite and Associates is seeking a talented MID_SENIOR Interior Designer to join our creative team in Belvedere Tiburon. In this FULL_TIME role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet our clients' needs and vision. As an ON_SITE Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life. If you have a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that enhance the overall design concept Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction process Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
