About The Role We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to drive brand and product awareness through innovative creator partnerships. In this role, you’ll identify, negotiate, and launch influencer campaigns across social platforms, developing strong relationships with creators who authentically connect with our audience.
You’ll own the influencer campaign process end-to-end, from sourcing and contracting talent, to launching and analyzing performance. You’ll combine a strong aesthetic sensibility with sharp analytical skills, using insights to iterate and improve campaign performance over time.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators and influencers who align with our brand voice and goals
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure optimal ROI for influencer partnerships
Develop and execute multi-channel influencer campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social spaces
Write campaign briefs that inspire creators and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Marketing team (Paid, Organic Social, Content) to integrate influencer strategy into holistic brand and performance efforts
Track, measure, and report on performance metrics — providing actionable insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement
Manage relationships with creators and agencies to scale programs efficiently
Stay on top of social media and influencer trends, identifying new opportunities for growth
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup or consumer brand
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from end-to-end, including negotiation and performance analysis
Strong understanding of influencer analytics, campaign tracking tools, and performance measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand tone and aesthetics
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
Resourceful, creative problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
(Bonus) Experience in video-first social platforms, creator economy, or social commerce
