About The Company We’re a performance-driven fashion brand that lives at the intersection of mountain culture and modern style. From the slopes to the city, our apparel blends technical innovation with contemporary design. We’re seeking a creative, highly organized Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our ambassador and influencer strategy across all platforms.

About The Role The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and execute our influencer and ambassador programs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This person will play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice in the outdoor, ski/snowboard, and fashion communities — identifying the right partners to authentically tell our story.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy across key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand and seasonal campaign goals.

Talent Management: Manage the influencer marketing agency in efforts to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, athletes, creators, and brand ambassadors who embody our brand’s on-mountain and off-mountain ethos.

Campaign Management: Own end-to-end campaign execution — from brief creation and contract negotiation to content review, posting schedules, and performance tracking.

Community Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with our network of creators and brand advocates, fostering an authentic community around the brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social, creative, and e-commerce teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions to continually optimize future initiatives.

Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social and cultural trends within the outdoor, streetwear, and fashion spaces to inform creative direction and influencer selection.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand marketing — ideally in apparel, fashion, or outdoor industries.

Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to completion.

Strong understanding of both performance-driven influencer campaigns and brand storytelling.

Established relationships within the outdoor, ski/snowboard, and fashion creator communities a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Passion for mountain culture, adventure, and style — you understand both the lifestyle and the look.
