Social Media & Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Team. Are you a creative, self‑driven marketing expert who thrives on taking initiative? Our real estate team of 15 agents in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and connect with clients in meaningful ways. If you’re a self‑starter who loves working independently and making an impact, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to our audience.
Manage paid ad campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness.
Collaborate with agents to promote listings, open houses, and events.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Stay ahead of real estate marketing trends to keep us competitive.
Take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media management and marketing (real estate experience is a plus!).
Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing).
Knowledge of paid ad platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Self‑starter who can work independently and drive projects forward without constant oversight.
