Support: Maintain knowledge of current and future trends by partnering with trend services to shows, and by shopping major markets both domestically and internationally. Manage: Create product lines through sketching and tech pack entry- marrying trend, brand, and merchandising requirements for that season. Provides support and work director for associate designers and coordinators. Lead: Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional partners.
