Overview Senior Manager - Media role at Pierre Fabre Laboratories. This position focuses on growing the U.S. dermo-cosmetic brands Eau Thermale Avène, René Furterer, and Klorane through omnichannel media strategies, partnerships, and data-driven optimization. Responsibilities Build strong internal and external partner relationships while maintaining a hands-on approach to operational details. Develop omnichannel media strategies informed by data and insights, with objectives, activation plans, and KPIs to drive brand growth. Manage strategy, tactics, and budgets of digital media agencies; serve as the primary agency partner to co-own strategy and budgets and ensure strong execution. Define media plans and guidelines in alignment with the brand team; ensure asset execution, data-driven targeting, and platform relevance. Lead execution of retail media, with emphasis on Amazon Ads strategy and performance. Optimize media spend for awareness, engagement, and conversion across online and offline channels. Oversee analytics across media tactics, extract insights to improve ROI and ROAS, and establish benchmarks with agency partners. Stay current on media trends and best practices to drive innovation; collaborate with cross-functional partners to align and execute strategies. Skills & Qualifications Deep understanding of the U.S. media landscape (digital, social, emerging platforms such as AI and geo-targeting). Clear understanding of KPIs that drive commercial performance (e.g., sell-through, market share). Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Media, and other key platforms; experience in retail media or marketing. Strong knowledge of omnichannel performance measurement; experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization. Proficiency in social and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, Amazon Analytics, etc.). Business acumen to connect media performance to business outcomes; strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders including C-suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred: experience in dermo-cosmetics and/or beauty. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital media with hands-on omni-channel planning and media buying for CPG brands. Strong Excel/database skills; experience working with or managing media agencies. Knowledge of SEO/SEA; platform experience including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Amazon Ads Console/DSP. Google certifications (AdWords, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.) strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills; ability to develop solutions to complex problems and build innovative strategies. Work Environment / Physical Demands / Hours Based in Secaucus, NJ with a hybrid work arrangement (two remote days per week). Clerical, office setting; largely sedentary with occasional lifting of materials and movement as needed. Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $105,000 – $135,000 per year. This range is for base annual salary and may be supplemented by a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
